We deliver all over France and certain European countries such as Austria, Belgium, Czech Republic, Denmark, Germany, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Luxembourg, Netherland, Poland, Portugal, Slovakia, Spain, and United Kingdom.

Changes to an existing order can be made as long as the order is still in the “Preparation” state. you can contact directly to our customer team via telephone or WhatsApp for the instant reply and we’ll make sure to apply the needed changes. If your order has already been shipped, we cannot apply any changes to it.

Yes, of course, you can cancel your order anytime in unshipped or preparation stage. Once, it is shipped or it is in transit we can’t able to do it.

For orders from zone 1 or zone 2, we accept Cash on Delivery, Credit Card, and PayPal.

For orders from zone 3, we accept only Credit Card and PayPal.

Yes, we do accept restaurant ticket as payments for orders from zone 1 and zone 2 and we only accept 2 restaurant tickets per order.

We don’t have a shop front only a warehouse. So, you can place your order online under Drive2h and collect it directly at our warehouse between 8.00 am and 8.00 pm on all 7 days.

No, we don’t allow pre-order but you can add the item to Wishlist. You will receive a mail once the items is in stock.


For Zone 1 and zone 2 : Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 days after placing the order.

For Zone 3 : Orders are usually shipped within 1-2 business days after placing the order.  If your parcel contains any vegetable item it will be shipped only between Mon-Wed, if your order doesn’t any vegetables your order will be shipped between Mon-Fri.

The delivery charges are based on the order weight and order value. It varies for each zone of delivery you can check the delivery charge for your postal code in the following link.


For zone 1 and zone 2 we deliver by our own Annachi Express Delivery service

For zone 3 we deliver by parcel. You can choose either Pickup point delivery or Home delivery

Usually, we deliver within 1-2 working days to zone 1 and within 1-3 working days to zone 2.

For zone 2 : Once shipped you will receive your order within 1-2 days. Additional details can be found in the order confirmation email you’ve received.

Zone 1 and zone 2 : You have an option to fix the particular date for delivery of your order but you can’t choose the delivery time.

Zone 3 : We use GLS flex delivery by which you can choose the delivery date of your convenience.

Zone 1 and zone 2 : You’ll get a confirmation email with delivery date and approximate time of delivery once the delivery plan is confirmed. Along with this you will receive a live tracking link with which you can track the delivery status.

Zone 3 : Once shipped, you’ll get a confirmation email that includes a tracking number and additional information regarding tracking your order.

Returns & Refunds
