Annachi Drive Terms and conditions

By placing an order with us by telephone or online for Drive Thru, you agree to the terms of this Agreement (the “Agreement”) which shall cover the terms of our deliveries to you and your use of our website.

Pick-up service 

Instead of having your Groceries delivered to your place, you can order online and collect your Groceries from the below mentioned address under “drive thru” Option.

To qualify for drive & collect, customers must meet a minimum purchase requirement of at least 1€. 

Drive customers are given 15% off on all products except for Rice bags and products under Tuesday deals. For Rice bags we offer 10% discount and there will be no discount for products under Tuesday Deals.

Delivery time

When you place an order, we use all reasonable efforts to deliver to you within 2 hours.  You can modify an existing order at any time up until the order leaves the store by calling our customer service number at 0184609709. Please note that we reserve the right to refuse service to anyone. We reserve the right to change the cost of deliveries and/or our delivery fees at any time.

The opening hours of collection point from Annachi.fr are from 10.00 am to 8.00 pm.

Picking up your Order

Annachi.fr confirms to the Customer, the date and time of collection of their order by e-mail or by phone or by message.  When you arrive at the pickup address, a phone number to reach a store associate will be provided.  A store associate will then bring your order to you. You will be notified at that time whether any items were not available and whether substitutions have been made. You can reject substitutions at that time by notifying the store associate.  You must present your governmentally-issued photo identification to collect the order.

If you cannot pick up your order within the mentioned time, please call us at 0184609709 to reschedule for another pick-up time.  If you have not picked up your order within two hours and have not reached out to us to reschedule, your order will be cancelled after two days.

Customers are advised to bring their own bags when collecting your ordered items. If the customer failed to bring their own bags, we provide the ordered items in a bag of which the customer is requested to return upon next order pickup. 

PAYMENT METHODS

You can choose from the following ways of paying on delivery, depending on the products, the means of dispatch and as per technical availability:

Credit card (If possible, please have a secondary credit card with you in case your original payment method was rejected) / Cash on delivery / Online payment / PayPal.
