LEGAL GUARANTEE OF CONFORMITY

Our website offers legal guarantee for products that are bought in our website as per European law. The legal guarantee of conformity applicable to certain Electronic and Kitchen appliances on our website.

If the customer is not satisfied with the product or any damage they can return and get Full refund within 14 days from the date of purchase on the condition that the product is not used by the customer.

After the 14 days if the customer has any complains they can follow the procedure and claim the warranty if provided for the products.  It is only applicable to products that comes with guarantee not for all consumables and single time use items.

As per European law we offer guarantee of conformity for 2 years from the date of purchase. We offer guaranteed repair or refund during this period. The guarantee is applicable only under following condition

  • If the functionalities do not correspond to the description given by the Manufacturer.
  • or you have not received all the accessories or the installation instructions are incomplete or incomprehensible.
  • or the product has a manufacturing defect.

The legal guarantee of conformity therefore does not cover apparent defects, deterioration of the product due to abnormal use or wear, unless it is explicitly indicated in the characteristics of the product that it is indestructible.

You cannot either invoke a defect on one or more characteristics of the good if you knew during the purchase that they were not part of the criteria of conformity of the good.

HOW TO CLAIM FOR GUARENTEE

If the customer experiences any defect with the product during the guaranteed period customer can contact the customer service team regarding issue.

If the issue comes under guarantee conditions customers are requested to send back the product to us along with the bill. Customer have to pack the product safely and send it to our warehouse in person or by mail on their own expense.

We will investigate and inform you about the solutions within 30 days. If the origin of the issue is a manufacturing defect, we will repair, fix the issue and resend you the product. If the product is not repairable, we will refund the product.

If the origin of the issue is misuse, inappropriate usage, chocs, or any external impacts, the cost of service to fix the issue and shipping charges will be collected from the customer.

For Repair we will ship the product to India where it will be serviced by the authorized service agents by the manufacturer. So, for any repair activity customer will receive the product back from 30-60 days.

During the period customers will provided with the product updates regularly.
