Our shipping policy is structured based on geographic delivery zones and the type of service selected. Delivery Zones
To streamline our logistics and maintain service quality, deliveries are categorized into three zones:
Zone 1 – Central Paris & Inner Suburbs
Deliveries to Zone 1 are fulfilled via our in-house delivery service, Annachi Express, which ensures direct home delivery.

Deliveries outside of Zones 1 and 2 fall under Zone 3. These are handled by third-party logistics partners GLS and DPD, offering both Pickup Point (Point Relais) and Home Delivery services.
Delivery Services and Charges
Zone 1 & Zone 2 – Annachi Express Home Delivery
For zone 1 and 2* (look below), we deliver by our personal delivery service called ANNACHI EXPRESS at home.
Delivery Method:
All deliveries are made to the doorstep of individual houses. For multi-story residences (apartments), deliveries will be made to the ground floor.
Shipping Costs:
- Zone 1: 6.95€
- Zone 2: 9.95€
- 0 kg to 40 kg: Free handling.
- 40 kg to 60 kg: 2.95€ handling fee.
- 60 kg to 80 kg: 4.95€ handling fee.
- 80 kg to 100 kg: 6.95€ handling fee.
- Above 100 kg: 8.95€ handling fee.
Standard Delivery Times
Zone 1: Typically delivered within 1-2 working days.
Zone 2: Typically delivered within 1-3 working days.
Deliveries are made by our delivery agent between 8 AM and 8 PM (approximately).
Annachi Express Delivery System
Clients are unable to choose a specific delivery time. We follow a planned delivery route for the day.
If the client refuses the estimated delivery time, the delivery will be rescheduled for the next available day.
Important Delivery Requirements
For Annachi Express Delivery, the client must provide necessary access details (e.g., gate access code, floor number, door number) to ensure a successful delivery.
If we are unable to deliver due to a lack of information or if the customer fails to answer when we attempt to deliver, the delivery will be considered failed.
Failed Delivery Policy
Annachi Express is not responsible for guaranteeing delivery if the customer is not present at the delivery address to receive the package.
If the customer wants the delivery rescheduled for the next available day, an additional charge will apply:
6.95€ for Zone 1
9.95€ for Zone 2
Alternatively, customers may choose to collect their order from our warehouse, but they must notify us beforehand.
For zone 1,
If the customer wants their goods to be delivered on Wednesday, the order should be placed before 12 pm on Tuesday. If the customer wants their goods to be delivered on Sunday, the order should be placed before 12 pm on Saturday.
For zone 2,
If the customer wants their goods to be delivered on Sunday, the order should be placed before 12 pm on Saturday.
*For few valid reasons, annachi.fr has whole rights to change the delivery day even when the order is placed before the mentioned time.
Track and Trace
The day before the delivery, customers will receive the approximate time of delivery by E-mail.
Zone 3 – Nationwide Delivery (GLS/DPD)
For customers located in Zone 3 (i.e., all areas of France not covered under Zone 1 or Zone 2), we offer two delivery options:

Shipping Costs:
- Order above 55€ : free! Upto 19kg. After that 9.95€ for each 19kg
- Order below 55€ : 9.95€ for 19kg
*For areas with difficult access (mountain etc …), we deliver only by Chronopost, refer to next paragraph.
**Like we have a restriction of 20 kg (with packaging) per parcel, we can’t offer some products which are equal to or above 20 kg. Tips: we offer in most cases the same product in 10 kg pack.
Standard Delivery Times
In general, parcels are delivered within 24 to 48 hours after the dispatch date.
To ensure the freshness of perishable goods (e.g., vegetables), we do not dispatch such items for weekend delivery. Therefore, all orders containing perishables placed from Wednesday after 12:00 PM through Sunday will be dispatched the following Monday.
Please note that this is a general practice. We may (in rare cases) ship your parcel after ordering, up to two working days, despite it is placed before 12.00 pm on working day. This is mainly due to workload on that day. However, in those cases, we’ll inform you by E-mail or by Whatsapp.
Track and Trace
As soon as your parcels are ready for dispatch, you will receive a tracking link by E-mail.
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel using the tracking number provided while it is in transit. The customer can contact specified transporter customer service department or annachi.fr with any queries or issues they may have over your parcel. If the Customer failed to check their mail with tracking information or failed to collect the package from their pickup point, annachi.fr is not responsible and any claim for the refund of that particular order will be voided.
Collection Deadline
Customer opting out for Pickup Point delivery system should collect the package within 7 days. For customers ordering perishables by Pickup point delivery system should collect their packages within 24hrs. if they failed to collect the parcel within 24h after delivery at pickup point, we can’t refund for spoiled perishable items.

Customer is solely responsible for providing the correct billing and delivery addresses. Customer should Provide us with the information that we may require to complete the service and ensure that the information provided is accurate in all aspects. All address information supplied on the booking by the customer must be complete and accurate. Any order returned due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address will not be refunded and any claims voided.
If you are also not available to receive the packet in the first attempt, it shall be delivered to a shop or post office close by and shall be mentioned on the note left behind after failed delivery attempt. You would need to carry a French ID to redeem your packet. Your order remains at pick point for 10 subsequent days before it is returned to us.

- Like we have restriction of 20 kg (including packaging) per parcel, we can’t offer some products which are above 18 kg. Tips: we offer in most of case same product in 10 kg pack.
- Our website will not allow you to place the order, if your cart contains Frozen foods (which are to be maintained at negative temperature), Beverages (Milk, Water) and some food products (Eggs).
Shipping Delivery Time
Once the items are shipped, it will be delivered at your door steps within 48h.
We usually dispatch order on Monday, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s only. To avoid getting package being blocked on weekends, all the orders placed with us after Wednesday will be dispatched on subsequent week. To avoid and offer you fresh vegetables, we avoid weekend transactions.
