There will be no Annachi Express delivery Service on Tuesday. Orders placed on Monday and Tuesday will be delivered on Wednesday and Thursday.

*For Annachi’s convenience we may make deliveries on Tuesday’s if there is too much of order accumulation or other such reasons .

Shipping method

For zone 1 and 2* (look below), we deliver by our personal delivery service called ANNACHI EXPRESS at home.

The delivery will be made at the doorsteps of individual houses and in ground floor in case of multistory residence (apartments).

Handling fee will be applied according to your order total weight:

Shipping Delivery Time

Usually, we deliver within 1-2 working days to zone 1 and within 1-3 working days to zone 2.

Products will be delivered by our Delivery agent, between 8 am to 8 pm (approximately).

For Annachi express delivery system, the client doesn’t have the flexibility to choose delivery time as per their convenience. We have a few restrictions to follow the delivery route planned for the day. If the client refuses the estimated delivery time, we will postpone it to the next delivery day.

For Annachi express delivery, the client should provide necessary access details such as gate access code, floor number, door number..etc to make the delivery. if we can’t make delivery due to the lack of information or the customer failed to attend the call when we attempt to make the delivery, the delivery will be considered as failed.

Annachi Express will not be responsible to provide guaranteed delivery if the customer is not present at the delivery address to take the delivery. If the customer wants their order to be delivered on the next delivery day you will be charged 6.95€ (zone 1) and 9.95€ for zone 2. Or else if the customer wants, they can collect their order (Failed delivery) from our warehouse by their own means. The customer should notify us before doing so.

Ordering Time for Delivery

For zone 1,

If the customer wants their goods to be delivered on Wednesday, the order should be placed before 12 pm on Tuesday.  If the customer wants their goods to be delivered on Sunday, the order should be placed before 12 pm on Saturday.

For zone 2,

If the customer wants their goods to be delivered on Sunday, the order should be placed before 12 pm on Saturday.

*For few valid reasons, annachi.fr has whole rights to change the delivery day even when the order is placed before the mentioned time.

Track and Trace

The day before the delivery, customers will receive the approximate time of delivery by Whatsapp service or by E-mail.

Shipping method

We use UPS transporter service to deliver your goods at your nearest UPS pick point that you have selected while placing your order.

**Like we have a restriction of 20 kg (with packaging) per parcel, we can’t offer some products which are equal to or above 20 kg. Tips: we offer in most cases the same product in 10 kg pack.

Track and Trace

As soon as your parcels are ready for dispatch, you will receive a tracking link by whatsapp service or by E-mail.

It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel using the tracking number provided while it is in transit. The customer can contact specified transporter customer service department or annachi.fr with any queries or issues they may have over your parcel. If the Customer failed to check their mail with tracking information or failed to collect the package from their pickup point, annachi.fr is not responsible and any claim for the refund of that particular order will be voided.

Customer opting out for Pickup Point delivery system should collect the package within 7 days. For customers ordering perishables by Pickup point delivery system should collect their packages within 24hrs. if they failed to collect the parcel within 24h after delivery at pickup point, we can’t refund for spoiled perishable items.

Customer should Provide us with the information that we may require to complete the service and ensure that the information provided is accurate in all aspects. All address information supplied on the booking by the customer must be complete and accurate. Any order returned due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address will not be refunded and any claims voided.

If you are also not available to receive the packet in the first attempt, it shall be delivered to a shop or post office close by and shall be mentioned on the note left behind after failed delivery attempt. You would need to carry a French ID to redeem your packet. Your order remains at pick point for 10 subsequent days before it is returned to us.

  • Like we have restriction of 20 kg (including packaging) per parcel, we can’t offer some products which are above 18 kg.  Tips: we offer in most of case same product in 10 kg pack.
  • Our website will not allow you to place the order, if your cart contains Frozen foods (which are to be maintained at negative temperature), Beverages (Milk, Water) and some food products (Eggs).

Once the items are shipped, it will be delivered at your door steps within 48h.

We usually dispatch order on Monday, Tuesday’s and Wednesday’s only.  To avoid getting package being blocked on weekends, all the orders placed with us after Wednesday will be dispatched on subsequent week.  To avoid and offer you fresh vegetables, we avoid weekend transactions.
