Ingredients:
- 1 Cup Of Cubed Paneer
- Corn Flour & All-Purpose Flour – (Each 2 Teaspoon)
- Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder (Each 1/2 Teaspoon)
- Yogurt, Oil, Grated Garlic, Grated Ginger, Chopped Cilantro (Each 2 Teaspoon)
- 2-3 Green Chillies, Chopped
- Salt To Taste
Instructions:
- In a bowl, mix the flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to make a batter.
- Add the yogurt and mix until it forms a thick paste.
- Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
- Add the paneer cubes to the batter and coat them evenly.
- Fry the paneer cubes in the oil until golden brown.
- Remove the paneer from the pan and keep it aside.
- In the same pan, add the green chilies, ginger, garlic, and cilantro and sauté for a few minutes.
- Add the fried paneer cubes back to the pan and toss to combine.
- Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer cubes are nicely coated with the spices.
- Serve hot with steamed rice or roti. Enjoy!
