Ingredients:

  1. 1 Cup Of Cubed Paneer
  2. Corn Flour & All-Purpose Flour – (Each 2 Teaspoon)
  3. Red Chili Powder, Turmeric Powder, Garam Masala, Cumin Powder, Coriander Powder (Each 1/2 Teaspoon)
  4. Yogurt, Oil, Grated Garlic, Grated Ginger, Chopped Cilantro (Each 2 Teaspoon)
  5. 2-3 Green Chillies, Chopped
  6. Salt To Taste

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl, mix the flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to make a batter.
  2. Add the yogurt and mix until it forms a thick paste.
  3. Heat oil in a pan over medium heat.
  4. Add the paneer cubes to the batter and coat them evenly.
  5. Fry the paneer cubes in the oil until golden brown.
  6. Remove the paneer from the pan and keep it aside.
  7. In the same pan, add the green chilies, ginger, garlic, and cilantro and sauté for a few minutes.
  8. Add the fried paneer cubes back to the pan and toss to combine.
  9. Cook for 2-3 minutes until the paneer cubes are nicely coated with the spices.
  10. Serve hot with steamed rice or roti. Enjoy!
