ORGANIC FRUIT CARDAMOM

DESCRIPTION: 

• From the ginger family, cardamom is the fruit of the plant and not its root. Also called seed of paradise, it has a taste that is fresh, spicy and lemony.
• It is a fabulously aromatic spice, with a camphorous, lemony and refreshing nose. In India, where it is considered a queen spice with its king pepper, it shares many curries , rice dishes and desserts. It gives the traditional pastries of Northern Europe such a unique taste while in the Middle East, it most often flavors coffee so well that it is found in Nubian coffee .
• In some recipes, you can use the whole capsule or grind it whole, since the green envelope also contains aromatic essential oils.
