Terms and Conditions
The conditions apply to all contracts, all the supplies and products of “Annachi.fr” Online Supermarché.
By signing up for a Annachi Account or by using any Annachi Services , you are agreeing to be bound by the following terms and conditions.
When customer places an order to purchase a product/products from annachi.fr, the order represents a non-binding agreement between the seller and the customer. A binding contract between seller and buyer forms only after a complete payment is fully authorised by the payment gateway and the goods are dispatched from our warehouse. Any order will be dispatched only after a successful authorisation of the billed amount in full.
a) Come off the contract
the contract comes off once the refusal of the customer to the entrance of a notification of acceptance in accordance with “Annachi.fr” terms and by acceptance of the order by “Annachi.fr”.
b) Confirmation of Order
Once an order is placed by customer, he/she gets confirmation via electronic mail about the order.
3. Refusal of orders
a) “Annachi.fr” may reject the acceptance of orders, if
– The customer is not reachable via telephone/text/ email in case of confirmation of order at “annachi.fr “.
– Outstanding accounts of previous orders still exist,
– necessary data (payment means, address, etc..) is missing.
(Customer is solely responsible for providing the correct billing and delivery addresses.)
– abused payment or blocked accounts
(Order with incomplete payment or non-payment shall be on hold until a complete payment is made. In case such orders are not paid within seven days, they shall be automatically cancelled and the cancellation charges shall apply.)
Annachi.fr reserves the right to decline to trade with any individual or organisation. Annachi.fr may decline to accept any order, whether or not payment has been received, by giving notice of non-acceptance to the Customer by telephone or email within a reasonable period of receipt of the order by Annachi.fr. Further, Annachi.fr may cancel orders which have been accepted by giving written notice of such cancellation to the Customer by telephone or email within a reasonable period of receipt of the order by Annachi.fr. If Annachi.fr rejects or cancels an order for which payment has been made, it will refund the amount to the Customer as soon as reasonably practicable.
To access and use the Services, you must register for an Annachi account by providing your full legal name, current address, phone number, a valid email address, and any other information indicated as required. Annachi.fr may reject your application for an Account, or cancel an existing Account, for any reason, in our sole discretion.
Annachi.fr also have the right to block the customer’s annachi account if deems necessary.
4. Area of delivery
– We supply within the France and most preferably Ile the France.
5. Prices/price increases
a) The prices tags as displayed includes the legal value and added tax.
b) Price increase is only possible with time to time. The legal price may varies in case of any modifications in the contract changes between the order payment and order fulfillment.
c) We reserve the right to adjust prices, goods and special offers at our discretion.
Deals, gift coupons and vouchers are exclusive and cannot be combined and may not be exchanged against cash. Seller reserves the right to discontinue offers and deals at any time without any prior notice. Discounts cannot be combined and discounted products may not be eligible for free shipping.
6. Scope of Supply
All goods, items or offers shown on our catalogue are subjected to availability at any given time and may not be ready in our stock at all the time. If the article ordered is unavailable in appropriate quantity or not available at all, we reserve right to cancel the order and return back the customer’s money if any had that transacted before. In such cases the customer will be informed immediately about the delay or cancellation.
We have the right to discontinue any items, goods or offers from the website at any time, and our only liability in such cases will be limited to refund any money paid to us related to those goods or items which we may no longer be able to supply.
If the ordered product is not in stock or low on stock, we will process the order with available quantity and the amount paid for unavailable goods will be credited to your annachi.fr account wallet. You will be notified once the amount is refunded to your wallet.
Annachi.fr executes orders to the Customer’s requirements, but may provide substitute products where requested by the Customer, or where the product has been superseded by the latest version or the product in particular brand is not available. To the extent that orders cannot be fulfilled completely from stock, the unfulfilled balance will (at the Customer’s option) either be put on back order to be fulfilled when Annachi.fr next has available stock or be cancelled and refunded to the Customer.
We use our ANNACHI EXPRESS for delivery in certain zones (the places are mentioned in the shipping cost link below) for other parts of France we use PACKLINK – UPS, CHRONOPOST and COLISSIMO Shipping Services for delivering the goods.
By Postal Service:
As soon as your parcels are ready for dispatch, you are sent track and trace code with tracking link for each box in your email, separately. Please check the junk folder, track and trace code emails may be delivered to your junk folder, and add our email address to your safe list
It is the customer’s responsibility to track their parcel using the tracking number provided while it is in transit. The customer can contact specified transporter customer service department or annachi.fr with any queries or issues they may have over your parcel. If the Customer failed to check their mail with tracking information or failed to collect the package from their pickup point, annachi.fr is not responsible and any claim for the refund of that particular order will be voided.
Customer opting out for Pickup Point delivery system should collect the package within 7 days. For customers ordering perishables by Pickup point delivery system should collect their packages within 24hrs. if they failed to collect the parcel within 24h after delivery at pickup point, we can’t refund for spoiled perishable items.
Customer is solely responsible for providing the correct billing and delivery addresses. Customer should Provide us with the information that we may require to complete the service and ensure that the information provided is accurate in all aspects. All address information supplied on the booking by the customer must be complete and accurate. Any order returned due to an incomplete or incorrect delivery address will not be refunded and any claims voided.
Fresh Indian vegetables and herbs are available on annachi.fr. Shipment through UPS is recommended for these products as it ensures faster delivery to retain freshness. The products are hand sorted for quality and we always give you a little more than the quantity you have ordered (in terms of weight). Vegetables cannot be returned. If the products are unavailable (for any reason) at the time of shipment of the package, the refund process will be initiated.
annachi.fr takes no responsibility for vegetables and fruits ordered from countries outside France. Due to long delivery time to other countries, the chances of the vegetables spoiling are high.
By Annachi Express Delivery Service:
For Annachi express delivery, client should provide necessary access details such as gate access code, floor number, door number..etc to make the delivery. if we can’t make delivery due to the lack of information or the customer failed to attend the call when we attempt to make the delivery, the delivery will be considered as failed.
Annachi Express will not be responsible to provide guaranteed delivery if the customer is not present at the delivery address to take the delivery. If the customer wants their order to be delivered on the next delivery day you will be charged 6.95€ (zone 1) and 9.95€ for zone 2. Orelse, if the customer wants they can collect their order (Failed delivery) from our warehouse by their own means. Customer should notify us before doing so.
8. Shipment costs
a) There is some standard charges on delivery accordingly and it will be furnished prior in the website “annachi.fr” and also at the time of order.
– The general delivery is made within 48/72 hrs of order confirmation.
– The delivery will be made at the door steps of all type of houses and at RDC in case of multistory residence.
– Thereby, “annachi.fr” will charge you for delivery in some conditions
Our annachi express delivery option available for customers all over zone 1 and zone 2 is direct home delivery.
1. For the orders total above 55€, we deliver at free of cost at zone 1 and 2.
2. For the orders total below 55€, we will charge 6.95€ for zone 1 and 9.95€ for zone 2.
- We deliver only twice per week (Wednesday & Sunday) for zone 1.
- We deliver only once per week (Sunday) for zone 2.
b) In case a parcel is returned undelivered or refused at the time of delivery, we reserve the right to charge the full shipping charges for both back and forth sending of parcels and any other applicable fee and transaction charges. In such cases, perishable items are excluded from any claims for refund.
9. Form of Order
Currently Orders can be placed via internet and through telephone.
10. Delivery time
If the article is available in stock, the fulfillment of order takes place within 2 to 3 working days. We put our utmost efforts to have your order delivered on the delivery date provided in your dispatch confirmation email. However, please note the delivery dates provided by us are only our best estimates and the actual delivery of your order may be later than this date. Any delays made by the delivery service is beyond our control and our liability.
For annachi express delivery system client doesn’t have flexibility to choose delivery time as per their convenience, as we have a few restriction to follow the delivery route planned for the day. If the client refuse the estimation delivery time, we will postpone it to next delivery day.
The collection date/times and delivery date/times shown on our site are estimates only and are not guaranteed on any service. Collections/deliveries may be delayed for reasons that are out of the control of both annachi.fr or our transporter, We reserve the right to not refund all or part of the service in these instances.
11. Cancellation of Order
Orders can only be cancelled before the goods are dispatched, by notifying the seller in writing. After dispatch, Food product/products can be returned within 7 days of purchase and 14 days in case of non-food products from the day of delivery (excluding the day of delivery). Perishable items are excluded from return.
Only the written conversation will be considered for any change or cancellation of order before or after dispatch of goods. Cash refund fee on order cancellation may apply.
Perishable products are refunded if it has been spoiled during the time of delivery. To clime refund on perishable products, client should send picture as proof to show that product has been spoiled within 24h of delivery. Based on the spoiled rate we will provide a 50% or 100% refund.
12. Right of revocation / return
After shipment, food products can be returned within 7 days of purchase and within 14 days in the case of non-food products from the day of delivery (excluding the day of delivery and if not opened). Fresh and perishable products cannot be returned. If you notice a quality problem you must contact our customer service within 24 hours from the date and time of delivery. We will send you a replacement or refund depending on the case.
a) The customer has right to return the ordered items if he or she does not like it, or if the article delivered is defective or broken or damaged when before reaching to their hand (normally we deliver with our own delivery vehicle, therefore annachi.fr can assure 0% defective) or any other valid reason.
“annachi.fr” will return the cost of returned articles back to the customer after receiving the articles. In case of damaged or broken or any other reason customer wants to exchange the product, the customer has to inform “annachi.fr” within 6 days of receiving delivery and then return the articles within next 1 week.
Customer has to bear cost of shipment in case of returned articles. In case of exchange, customer gets new replaced articles without any additional shipment charges.
In case, you are not happy with any products, we’ll be happy to take them back and provide you refund in your annachi.fr account wallet. Please follow the following steps to effectively process your return.
- Please notify us by sending an e-mail with the photo of the damaged product attached and mention the order number within seven days of delivery.
- Properly pack the return items in a box to prevent damage during return transport and apply the required postage at your nearby Post office. We will not accept returns of items, if insufficient postage stamp is applied.
- We expect our customers to send us carefully packed return items.
- After receiving the goods in the original condition, unopened, we shall return the cost of the goods in 5 working days in to your annachi.fr account wallet. We don’t bear the shipping of the return items.
- Please keep the postage receipt with you until you receive your refund, for your reference.

The refund process will be initiated under one of these conditions (cancelation of order, damaged goods or return of the goods)
Please take few photos of the products, then send those pictures with your order number to us at [email protected] / WhatsApp: 01 84 600 700. We will proceed with the refund process, if the complaint is valid.
Mostly, Vegetables are imported from India and other countries so we can’t always guarantee that there won’t be any damage. It is best to collect the order as early as possible to avoid spoiling of vegetables. However, if you receive any fresh products which are not in good shape, please inform us right away or at latest the same day with the full snaps showing the damaged products along with the order number in subject.
For the perishables based on the spoiled rate of goods we will provide a 50% or 100% refund. For damaged and returned product, we will initiate the refund after we receive the product back at our warehouse. Annachi.fr reserves the right to have the product assessed for acceptable quality prior to providing you with a suitable refund.
To make a claim under our Refund Policy, you must provide us with a valid Photo of damaged product and notify us within 24 hours of collecting your order. Any claim for refund of perishables after 24hrs of collecting your order will be denied.
For Pickup point Delivery, collect your order within 24hrs of the parcel reaching the pickup point and contact us on the same day if there is any damage to the vegetables for refund. If the customer failed to collect the parcel within 24hrs from pickup point any claim for refund of perishables will be denied.
For home delivery, If the delivery attempt is failed and the parcel is left at the pickup point which is then collected at later dates. Then the customer cannot claim refund for perishables.
Mostly of the refund amount will be credited to your annachi.fr account wallet. This amount will be deducted from the bill amount when you place an order with us next time. On certain requests from the customers the refund amount can be processed based on the mode of payment used by the customer while placing the order.
Orders paid by credit/ debit card will be refunded by credit back to the credit/ debit card within 7 working days and the refund will reflect in the next statement.
Orders paid by net banking accounts will be credited back to bank account.
We cannot be held responsible for any Brand’s product quality such as taste, texture, colour, Package material, design etc. of any product we sell. While we are willing to escalate any product related complaint to the manufacturer, we are not responsible for the resolution of such complaints. We can only offer a product return according to condition above.
Please note that pictures and images on annachi.fr are only for illustration purpose. Actual product may look different than that is shown in the image.
Order and the goods become customer’s responsibility and ownership after customer receives them.
Frozen food items available at annachi.fr are selected from the Top Brands with high quality. We will do our best to maintain the frozen condition of the products during delivery. If any customer is not satisfied with the product condition during delivery they can refuse to accept the item and we will process the refund for the particular product. These frozen items are to be consumed by the customer within 24hrs from the time of delivery. Any complaint from the customer such as de-frozen, spoiled ..etc after the delivery time will not be accepted.
17. Methods of payment
a) Payments are possible using direct debit and credit card
Shipment will be dispatch your order as soon as the amount our account is credited.
- We use world’s best security to ensure safety of your credit card.
- SSL (Secure Socket Layer) protocol is used. All your credit card data is transferred using the strongest encryption possible.
- We use one of the world’s most secure card payment integrator (Powered by Stripe).
- There is no storage of your credit card data anywhere in our database.
In addition to this you need to follow a series of guidelines-
- Ensure that no one else but you have physical access to your card.
- Federal government mandates using credit cards with Chips that can not be cloned (copied) easily.
b) We also encourage on-time payment against delivery (Cash On Delivery)
Shipment will be dispatched when your account has been registered in our website.
Cash on Delivery Policy
As per the Cash on Delivery policy:
i) To avail Cash on Delivery Service, all items in the cart should be applicable for Cash on Delivery.
Pin code provided for Cash on Delivery should be in the serviceable area. If not, any online payment mode needs to be used.
ii) Cash on Delivery is not available for all pin codes. This is due to limitations of courier services. It is applicable only to the delivery made by our ANNACHI EXPRESS.
iii) The order amount has to be paid in full before receiving the package and signing the delivery sheet. The package can be opened only after the payment is made.
iv) Customer should provide the exact amount on the bill with change as the delivery boy may not carry any change. If the customer didn’t provide us with correct change then the remaining amount can only be credited to the customer wallet later.
v) We accept ticket restaurant on cash on delivery and maximum 2 tickets per order.
18. Data security
a) The data necessary for the completion (personal information) of an order is stored electronically. It is secured with our embedded systems.
Our entire liability to you does not exceed the order cost you have paid.
The website or any portion of the website may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, resold, or otherwise exploited for any commercial or non-commercial purpose without our written consent.
You may not frame or use framing techniques to enclose any trademark, logo, or other proprietary information (including images, text, page layout, or form) of annachi.fr and its affiliates without a written consent from the seller.
All the brand images and trademarks are proprietary of the respective owner company.
You may not use any meta tags or any other “hidden text” utilizing annachi.fr or its affiliates’ names or trademarks without the written consent of annachi.fr.
We reserve the right to change the sale terms and the Return Policy at any time without notifying the customer.
20. Online dispute resolution

ANNACHI SUPERMARCHE undertakes to process this complaint and respond to it within a maximum period of 30 days. If you have any new documents that may help us in this process, please let us know in order to speed up our response. If you are still not satisfied, we point out that you can refer to a Mediator for any consumer dispute. In order to promote the amicable resolution of disputes between consumers and professionals, the Federation of Commerce and Distribution (FCD) set up in 2016 a mediation service.Free, it was established in accordance with the terms of Article L. L612-1 of the Consumer Code and allows any consumer to have recourse to a mediator in the event of a dispute with a professional. It is however recalled that the consumer and the trader who would like to be represented by a lawyer or to be assisted by any person of their choice retains the costs at their expense. Disputes between consumers and professionals in the context of online sales contracts or online service contracts must be resolved through an online dispute resolution platform. 21. Opposition to canvassing

Cash Back Coupon
Annachi offers a Cashback coupon for 5% of the Total order value for Purchases above 55 Euros.
Customers will receive the coupon code to their registered Mail ID once the order is completed. This Coupon code is valid only for 30 days from the date the coupon code is generated. This cashback coupon can’t be deducted manually after placing the order online and the cashback amount can’t be credited to the customer’s bank account. This cashback Coupon offer will not be applicable for Drive orders and Prime Membership purchases.
Note : Orders placed using a coupon will not generate a cashback back coupon.
Annachi.fr respects your privacy, and the Annachi App will not access files or other information on any device where your Apps are located. The Annachi.fr App will provide Annachi with information relating to the download, use and performance of the Software, as well as information regarding the devices on which you download and use the Software or Apps. For example, the App may provide Annachi with information about the device type, network connectivity, location of the device running an App, information about when an App is launched, individual session lengths for Apps, or why an App may not be working and camera access to make payments via Credit card through PayPal.
Annachi App is an online Grocery Shop for all Asian grocery items. Annachi app is linked to our Annachi.fr website which enables our Customer to place the order easily. We access location of Customer to ease the users in selecting their delivery address and to check modes of delivery available to their Particular location. This enables the user in choosing the delivery mode easily.
As part of the registration process on Annachi we may collect the personally identifiable information about you such as Name including first and last name, email address, mobile phone number and contact details, Postal code, Demographic profile (like your age, gender, address etc.) and information about the pages on the site you visit/access, the links you click on the site, the number of times you access the page and any such browsing information on our website.
Annachi.fr will collect information that are provided by you voluntarily during the registration process, on-line survey or any combination thereof.
Annachi.fr will use your personal information to provide personalized features to you on the Site and to provide for promotional offers to you through the Site and other channels. Annachi.fr may also use contact information internally to direct its efforts for product improvement, to contact you as a survey respondent. Annachi.fr will also use this information to serve various promotional and advertising materials to you via display advertisements through the Google Ad network on third party websites.
